Hi, the best way to confirm if it works is when cleaning the Collecting Plates. There was a huge amount of dust attached to the Collecting Plates whenever I was cleaning them.

Regarding other suggestions, the Winix 5500-2 is a much better option, with a True HEPA filter and a much better Activated Carbon filter.

Please share the names of these. I have an air dog pro and I am not thinking it’s working as well as I would like considering the price. My husband is a heavy smoker and it does help a lot but if there is something better I would like to know. Thank you.
