I bought a Pre filter fabric Blue Pure 411 Auto through Amazon but my filter is not an auto. Do I need
to return it for a non auto or is it ok to use it.

I second Simon for the noise. The unit I bought from Target had a significant noise that is apparently only hearable to me and not to my elderly parents.

Blueaire 411 Auto I purchased produces considerable amount of “high-pitch noise” from its adapter and if you are a sensitive person as I am, I could not sleep with it placed on the other side of my bedroom (tested different locations, wall outlets and even at different houses just in case my home electrical system was the issue). Went through 3 replacements but they all produced same noise + one of the unit even had grinding noise from the fan that I just ended up returning them all.

Your review of the Blueair 411 Auto lists a weight that’s much different from that listed in the company’s specs online. Which one is right?
